Assistant Project Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Maintaining positive relationships while interacting with all BPS departments, inside/outside sales, Project Engineers, credit, accounting, field service, etc.
- Assisting with updating all projects with current data and status through BOLT from job setup to job closeout
- Maintaining positive relationships as well as communicating with vendor partners (Kohler/Fidelity/etc.)
- Assisting with ensuring sales/project management team and customers are consistently updated with the latest manufacturing/shipping status.
- Assisting with Submittal Processing
- Receiving Invoices/Inventory in ES
- Re-running quotes in Quick Pack
- Contributing to the coordination of logistics/deliveries for products to customer job sites/facilities
- Assisting with the tracking of cost and providing feedback on actual cost information to sales staff for review of profitability
- Ensuring data integrity of all projects via accurate information in EquipSoft & BOLT.
- Overseeing living inventory for Industrial Products in EquipSoft & BOLT
- Managing all audit information (internal and external)

Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of project coordination (or related sales/service) experience. Emphasis on equipment or service distribution preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team
- Ability to self-start and learn quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Great Plains)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times including a professional appearance
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
