Our Cash Management Specialists are responsible for:
- Recording Payments- Entry of daily deposit including (Cash, ACH, Check, Credit Card) into Aspen and EquipSoft
- Balancing all branches daily deposit
- Recording, tracking and communicating with collections team members to collect on returned checks, closed accounts, and credit card disputes.
- Running checks through the bank.
- Setting up Blacklick cash drawers every morning
- Preparing Blacklick cash deposits.
- Posting warranty checks.
- Running daily meetings for Controller.
- Depositing related party checks as needed.
- Posting ACH and credit card payments.
- Processing customer refunds in EquipSoft and Aspen
- Reviewing credit applications.
- Setting up the customer information in both EquipSoft and Aspen
- Scanning Tax Exemption Certificates, Credit Apps, Certificates of Insurance
- Providing certificates of insurance per customer request
- Managing the process to send out a new certificate of insurance to appropriate customers at year-end.

Requirements
- Conforms with the core values of BPS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- Knowledge and experience in accounts receivables, collections, and lien processing
- Background in Accounting - minimum 2 years
- Proficient and accurate in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High ability to multi-task
- Works well with others; team player
- Able to work well unsupervised and independently.
