We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. Our Parts Sales Representatives are responsible for:
- Performing sales calls in person, over the phone, and via e-mail
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling, direct mail activities and networking
- Managing selling activities so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Working with customers to sell, resolve problems, and answer questions
- Working closely with Service and Unit Sales departments to deliver unified message and maximizing sales potentials for BPS

Requirements
- Conforms with the core values of BPS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ yrs industry experience preferred
- 2+ yrs experience in sales desired
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability through company insurer
- DOT Medical Card
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Above average math skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence others
- Capable of preserving confidential and sensitive material
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
- Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
- Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times including a professional appearance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
