About the role
The Ecosystem Business Development Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support Galxe's business objectives. We’re looking for an Ecosystem Development Manager who will work closely with our business and product leaders to identify and execute on growth partnership opportunities. This will involve deal scoping and negotiation, building relationships with internal and external partners, and onboarding leading web3 partners. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, results-oriented partnerships professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
**What you’ll be doing:**
- Help develop and execute the partnership strategy and tactics that will support Galxe’s growth, specifically in relation to the Solana ecosystem
- Own all elements of the partnership life cycle: identifying high impact prospects, pitching Galxe’s value proposition, negotiating agreements, and onboarding partners
- Forge partnerships with the leading teams in web3; creating healthy and productive relationships with partners and proactively resolving business, policy and technical issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to successfully onboard users with the best possible experience
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports
**What we’re looking for:**
- Experience working in or directly participating in the Solana ecosystem in a BD or similar partnerships capacity
- 2+ years of experience of Growth or Business Development in high growth consumer facing tech firms or blockchain companies
- Extremely organized, responsive and customer-focused
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volume of partners and priorities
- Experience building and running a structured sales process at a growing technology company
- You enjoy and excel at working cross functionally to deliver results through partnerships
- You have shown the ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally
- You have great strategic instincts and can exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations
- You’ve been successful in negotiating a broad set of deal types
- You’re intellectually curious and think in a structured way
- You have great interpersonal and communications skills
- You are driven, operate with urgency and have a self-starter mentality
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong technical selling experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
