Job Summary

As a Partner Success Manager at Galxe, you will be the primary driver of user and partner success across our ecosystem. You will develop and execute strategies to increase the adoption and effective use of Galxe’s suite of products-including Quest, Passport, Score, Alva, and Gravity-by web3 projects, communities, and enterprises. This role blends customer success, technical account management, and business development to ensure our partners achieve their goals while advancing Galxe’s mission to onboard the world to web3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and engagement for Galxe’s product suite among web3 projects, protocols, and enterprise partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing success with Galxe’s infrastructure and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong, multidimensional relationships with partners, including Web2 and Web3 companies, to advance Galxe’s reach and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to align on growth initiatives and deliver tailored solutions for partners.
  • Customize Galxe’s offerings-including digital identity protocols, credential data networks, and community engagement tools-based on partner requirements to maximize value.
  • Facilitate communication and problem-solving between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and continuous improvement of partner experiences.
  • Proactively identify and address roadblocks in partnership development, integration, and community engagement, using creative solutions to ensure mutual success.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring a collaborative and effective approach to resolving conflicts and driving sustained growth.
  • Gather market and partner feedback to inform product development and ecosystem strategy, ensuring Galxe remains at the forefront of web3 innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, or growth roles within highly technical, fast-paced environments-preferably in blockchain, web3, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of web3, DeFi, and digital identity products; familiarity with Galxe’s ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, driving measurable growth and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to troubleshoot technical and business challenges, resolve conflicts, and propose creative solutions.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account or growth plans, including setting objectives, tracking KPIs, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry, staying current on web3 trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
  • Acute ability to work cross-functionally and facilitate effective information flow between partners and internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal.
  • Passion for advancing decentralization, digital identity, and user empowerment in the web3 space, aligned with Galxe’s mission and values.
