OVERVIEW
The Marketing Director at BURLEBO is responsible for building and leading the company’s
marketing department to drive brand awareness, customer growth, and revenue. This role
combines strategic vision, data-driven decision making, and team leadership to develop and
execute marketing initiatives that support BURLEBO’s long-term growth. Reporting to the Head of
Brand, the Marketing Director will translate brand strategy into marketing execution across all
channels including partnerships, ambassador programs, paid media, and retention marketing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic builder who thrives in a high-growth environment and can
create systems, hire and develop talent, and leverage data to inform marketing strategy and
creative direction.

EXPERIENCE/IDEAL CANIDATE
1. 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or brand marketing.
2. Experience building or scaling a marketing department.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media strategy, partnerships, and retention
marketing.
4. Experience working with marketing analytics and performance data to guide strategy.
5. Proven leadership ability managing teams and external agencies.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to align marketing strategy with brand leadership.

● Align marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
● Recruit, hire, and manage key marketing roles.
● Lead and mentor team members while building a high-performing, accountable

● Establish clear roles, goals, and performance expectations for the marketing team.
● Work cross-functionally with the Creative Director to ensure marketing initiatives are
supported with strong creative execution.
● Oversee the brand’s paid media strategy across digital platforms.
● Manage relationships with external ad agencies and ensure performance aligns with

● Evaluate and optimize paid media performance through testing, analytics, and strategic
iteration.
● Build a data-driven marketing culture that uses analytics to inform decision making.
