Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our custom and semi-custom cabinet lines, sold directly to production, semi-custom, and luxury home builders throughout Central Texas. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on new business development, strategic account management, and territory expansion.
The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment—splitting time between in-territory travel for client engagement and remote work for planning, reporting, and virtual meetings. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and securing new builder accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, and serving as a trusted senior advisor to key clients.
