What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a critical role in driving growth:

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound sales efforts.
  • Lead client discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the full deal cycle through to close.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking in Salesforce or designated CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on trends in social intelligence, customer analytics, and retail/eCommerce strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role (SaaS, martech, analytics, or BI strongly preferred).
  • Track Record: Proven success in new business development and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation

The estimated on-target-earnings (OTE) range for this position is $65,000 - 150,000 annually. This range is inclusive of base annual salary and variable sales commission. Compensation is designed to be competitive within the market and aligned with performance. Actual earnings may vary based on individual achievement relative to sales goals, with uncapped commission potential for top performers.
