About the Role
This is a high-impact, strategic opportunity for a growth leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume B2B SaaS environments. Our product suite is built for modern marketing and revenue teams, with an emphasis on short sales cycles, inbound motion, and scalable demand. We’re ready for someone to take the reins and accelerate our growth trajectory.
Why This Role Matters
As the Director of Growth Marketing, you won’t just drive pipeline — you’ll architect the entire demand engine for our eCommerce product category. This role sits at the intersection of brand, data, and experimentation, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Your success will directly shape revenue outcomes, influence product decisions, and elevate how we engage with buyers across the funnel.
What You’ll Love About This Role
Growth Strategy Ownership- You’ll lead the development and execution of a full-funnel growth strategy that turns awareness into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. You’ll operate with velocity, testing and optimizing rapidly across campaigns and channels.
Multichannel Execution- Own and scale high-performing programs across SEM, paid social, email, influencer marketing, events, and more. Collaborate with top-tier agencies to refine our channel mix and test emerging growth tactics.
AI-Enhanced Campaigns- Harness tools like Clay, ChatGPT, Mutiny, ZoomInfo, UserGems, and n8n to build smarter, faster, and more personalized experiences. You’ll drive automation, segmentation, and experimentation using modern AI-powered workflows.
CRO & Funnel Optimization- Optimize every touchpoint—from landing pages to email flows—with constant A/B testing and data-driven refinement. Your work will turn traffic into conversions and leads into customers.
GTM & Sales Alignment- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoff, clear qualification criteria, and fast follow-up. Your collaboration ensures go-to-market strategy and execution are fully aligned.
Performance & Analytics Leadership- Build dashboards, forecast pipeline contributions, and guide decisions through clear, actionable insights. You’ll track ROI, refine budget allocations, and communicate results confidently to leadership.
