About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Elevar, you will help eCommerce brands maximize the value of our tracking and attribution solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding, retention, and expansion of roughly 125 business/ enterprise plan accounts—guiding clients to unlock “aha” moments that improve marketing performance and ensure seamless product adoption.

Where you'll work

This is a remote-friendly role with flexibility to work from home. Ideal candidates are located in Central or Eastern Time Zone, with occasional travel to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Candidates outside this area will be considered for the right fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Success & Retention – Own the onboarding and activation process for new Elevar customers, ensuring they reach their first-time-to-value quickly.
  • Marketing Analytics & Attribution Guidance – Help clients improve campaign tracking accuracy and optimize performance using digital marketing tools like Klaviyo, GA4, Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Impact Radius.
  • Proactive Strategy & Consultation – Partner with clients to ensure they fully leverage Elevar’s capabilities, helping them enhance ROAS, CPC efficiency, and marketing attribution accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Problem Solving – Work closely with our support, sales, onboarding, and analysts teams to troubleshoot tracking challenges and ensure near-perfect accuracy for our customers.
  • Upselling & Expansion – Identify opportunities for clients to deepen their use of Elevar, driving upsells through proactive engagement.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling – Work alongside marketing to translate customer insights into case studies, training materials, Shopify app reviews, and product use cases.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success with a focus on marketing analytics, performance marketing, or attribution tracking.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Microsoft Advertising, and Criteo.
  • Experience optimizing marketing campaigns, including paid media performance, email/SMS flows, and retargeting strategies.
  • Technical familiarity with server-side tracking, cookies, and data layers, and how these impact marketing attribution and performance.

**Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, email/SMS flows (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, Omnisend, Sendlane, Yotpo Email/SMS).

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, as we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure work environment for all Buxton stakeholders.

Compensation

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $85,000 to $95,000 USD.

 

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
