About the Role
Audiense is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales organization. As a BDR at Audiense, you will be instrumental in the growth of our organization by generating a qualified sales pipeline for our Account Executive team. The primary responsibility for this role is to generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.

Compensation (U.S. full-time role only)
The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 annually plus variable commission. Compensation is designed to be competitive within the U.S. market and aligned with performance. Actual earnings may vary based on individual achievement relative to sales goals, with uncapped commission potential for top performers.
Please note: This base salary range applies only to candidates hired as full-time employees in the United States.
Compensation for contractor roles in the United Kingdom will be structured separately.
