- Pitch with Insight – Position Buxton’s SaaS solutions as a must-have for retail decision-makers
- Collaborate to Close – Partner with BDRs and marketing to refine messaging, surface new leads, and drive efficiency

Where You’ll WorkThis is a remote role based in the U.S. Occasional travel may be required for team events or key meetings.What You BringMust-Haves:- 3+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales or technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in outbound sales
- Strong communicator with a consultative, ROI-driven sales approach
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience selling into retail, QSR, or multi-location businesses
- Familiarity with location analytics, predictive modeling, or segmentation tools
- Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger
Compensation & BenefitsOn Target Earnings potential (OTE): $180,000. Includes a $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
