About the Role
Buxton is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and help eCommerce brands unlock the full potential of the Elevar platform. This role is ideal for tech-savvy, customer-focused professionals who thrive on delivering results and driving client success. You’ll manage client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding, and help businesses achieve their goals by leveraging data insights and optimizing product adoption.


Where You'll Work
This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. For those who prefer in-office collaboration, our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, and secondary location in Boca Raton, FL, are open and welcoming.


What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with eCommerce brands, ensuring their success with the Elevar platform.
  • Product Adoption: Guide clients through onboarding and help them achieve their “aha” moments using a Product-Led Growth approach.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical analysts and internal teams to address tracking challenges and drive near-perfect accuracy.
  • Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and improved product utilization.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and client feedback to inform product enhancements, marketing use cases, and case studies.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years in SaaS B2B customer success or a related field.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., GA4, Facebook, Klaviyo, TikTok) and marketing analytics metrics like ROAS and CPC.
    • Experience collaborating with Shopify merchants and navigating eCommerce environments.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with an aptitude for data interpretation.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Attributes:

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, as we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure work environment for all Buxton stakeholders.

Compensation

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for candidates located in the U.S. is $85,000 - $95,000. This package includes a competitive base salary plus commission potential.

 

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
