We are seeking a Jr. Analytics Implementation Specialist who is excited to learn, eager to grow, and passionate about helping customers unlock the power of clean, accurate data. You’ll support tagging implementations, collaborate across teams, and build your technical chops in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment.

Why This Role Matters
As a Jr. Analytics Implementation Specialist, you’ll work closely with our onboarding teams to help merchants set up accurate and compliant tracking. You’ll assist in Google Tag Manager implementations, QA event data, and contribute to delivering top-notch onboarding experiences for Elevar customers. It’s a great role for someone looking to deepen their technical knowledge while supporting real-world eCommerce businesses.

This is a remote-friendly role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Onboarding & Support (60%):

  • Support tracking implementations for new Elevar customers under the guidance of senior team members
  • Help configure Elevar App, GTM containers, tags, and consent setups based on client needs
  • Join onboarding calls and follow-ups, ensuring tasks are completed and blockers removed

Technical Learning & Execution (30%):

  • Work hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and consent platforms
  • Learn how server-side tagging works and assist with setup and QA
  • Stay informed on tracking trends like iOS14 changes and Google Consent Mode

Team Collaboration (10%):

  • Collaborate with the support and engineering teams to document issues, share learnings, and improve processes
  • Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks
  • Participate in peer reviews and QA to ensure tracking accuracy

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing or technical role (Support, Success, Implementation, or QA)
  • Exposure to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Proactive mindset with a love for problem-solving
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (like Shopify) is a bonus
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus

Compensation

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $35,000- $65,000. Compensation outside the U.S. will be locally competitive based on market and cost of living. Other compensation elements may include bonus eligibility as part of the total rewards package.
