Why Buxton?
At Buxton, we don’t just close the books — we build the financial foundation that powers decision-making across three high-growth brands, 250 teammates, and 14 countries. As we scale through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, our revenue operations are becoming more complex, global, and impactful — and we’re ready for someone to take the lead.
We’re looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and strategic influence. You’ll be at the forefront of our revenue operations, working cross-functionally and driving initiatives that impact the entire organization.

- Technical Leadership
You’ll manage the full revenue cycle in compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP, including complex SaaS contracts, variable pricing, deferred revenue, and commissions under ASC 340-40. You’ll also stay on top of evolving accounting standards and keep leadership informed. - Global Billing Oversight
From multi-entity invoicing to sales tax automation with Avalara, you’ll take charge of global billing operations, working across currencies, tools, and time zones to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Close and Audit Readiness
Lead the month-end revenue close process, ensure audit readiness with strong controls and documentation, and serve as a key contact for both external auditors and internal stakeholders. - Systems and Process Ownership
Help us scale smarter. You’ll drive automation and process optimization across platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, and CPQ tools, while partnering with FP&A to improve forecasting and reporting. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Legal, and Strategic Finance during contract negotiations. Provide real-time insights to leadership and contribute directly to our ability to forecast, grow, and execute with precision.
