About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Elevar (recently acquired by Buxton), you’ll be part of a growing Sales Team focused on expanding our reach in the D2C space. You’ll generate new pipeline through outbound outreach, events, referrals, and more — helping us connect with brands that can benefit from Elevar’s technology. With many of these channels still developing, you’ll also play a key role in shaping strategy and helping write the playbook for future BDRs. This role offers a clear path for growth, with high performers having the opportunity to advance into Account Executive positions.
Why This Role Matters
Elevar powers some of the world’s most iconic D2C brands — including Vuori, SKIMS, and Glossier — by transforming shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with near 100% conversion accuracy. This helps brands drive more revenue from their sites and marketing campaigns without any major changes. But we know we’re just scratching the surface of who we can help. As a BDR, you’ll be instrumental in bringing Elevar’s unique value to more brands, directly contributing to our mission of helping D2C companies grow and succeed.

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $52,000. Uncapped Commission. Compensation outside the U.S. will be locally competitive based on market and cost of living. Other compensation elements may include bonus eligibility as part of the total rewards package.
