Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the next era of Elevar’s growth. In this role, you'll do more than just manage a roadmap—you’ll architect a product vision that reshapes how digital businesses understand their customers. You’ll mentor a high-performing product team, collaborate with industry-leading partners, and drive innovations at the intersection of data, AI, and commerce.

Where You’ll Work

This is a remote-friendly position with occasional travel. Candidates located in Central or Eastern Time Zones are preferred, though strong applicants from other regions will also be considered.


Your Impact


Drive Innovation & Product Vision

  • Own and evolve Elevar’s end-to-end product roadmap across the core app, destinations, integrations, and future capabilities.
  • Align Elevar’s roadmap with Buxton’s broader strategic goals to ensure long-term success and synergy across platforms.
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements that reinforce Elevar’s leadership in server-side tracking, 1st party data collection, and attribution excellence.
  • Introduce AI-powered capabilities that increase data accuracy, automation, and actionable insights for merchants.

Fuel Revenue Growth & Market Impact

  • Drive measurable, incremental revenue through strategic roadmap initiatives and high-value tracking integrations.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to ensure the product strategy amplifies Elevar’s value proposition and seizes growth opportunities.
  • Empower the product marketing manager with clear communication and positioning strategies to effectively promote upcoming enhancements.

Cultivate Strategic Alignment & Insights

  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure product decisions are aligned with company-wide objectives.
  • Work closely with Buxton and Audiense product leaders to design seamless cross-product integrations that maximize value across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product and tech partnership leaders to align Elevar’s roadmap with strategic partners like Shopify, Meta, and Google.
  • Extract valuable insights from customers, including pain points, wants, and evolving needs, to inform roadmap prioritization and innovation planning.

Lead & Grow a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor and support a team of product managers, guiding their professional growth while instilling a product mindset grounded in customer empathy, experimentation, and delivery.
  • Foster a strong feedback culture and drive alignment across cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, partnerships, and operations.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Product Leader with multiple years in SaaS and a proven track record of launching high-impact products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strategic Thinker who connects long-term vision with short-term execution and aligns roadmap initiatives with broader company priorities.
  • Technically Fluent with a deep understanding of data tracking, attribution models, and customer data architecture.
  • Collaborative Communicator who thrives on cross-functional partnership and can influence up, down, and across the organization.
  • Customer-Centric Innovator driven by a deep curiosity about real-world problems and a desire to build solutions that deliver value.
  • Hands-on Leader who balances strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to building, shipping, and iterating.
  • Bonus points for experience in D2C eCommerce, the Shopify ecosystem, or AI/ML-driven product development.

Compensation

  • Targeted Base Salary (US-based): $130,000 – $160,000 USD
  • For candidates in other regions, compensation will be competitive and locally aligned.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. This role may also include eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan.
