About the Role:


We’re looking for a Tax Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of tax compliance and reporting across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll prepare key tax workpapers, support audits, assist with transfer pricing, and contribute to special projects that strengthen our global tax function.


This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and review U.S. and Canadian tax workpapers and provisions.
  • Reconcile fixed assets and verify additions and depreciation for tax accuracy.
  • Gather and organize data for income tax returns and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Support tax audits and draft responses to tax authority notices.
  • Assist with special projects and tax research related to law or process changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • 2+ years of U.S. tax experience; Canadian tax knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with income tax accounting (ASC 740).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with cloud-based tools.
