Who you are
You are a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong experience in financial reporting, client communication, and quality control. You oversee month-end and quarter-end financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance through review of accounting entries, sales tax, and payroll calculations. You manage 1099 form reviews during tax season, reconcile year-end data, and handle secure client communications and document storage. Additionally, you prepare tailored quarterly financial review reports for high-value clients, offering insights, visual analysis, and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and payments
- Oversee daily payment operations, including journal entry approvals and Positive Pay submissions
- Manage intercompany settlements and AP-related accruals, supporting a smooth and accurate month-end close
- Partner with Treasury to align payment cycles with cash flow planning and forecasting
- Support vendor onboarding by reviewing credit applications and assisting with purchase order creation
- Handle escalations and inquiries from vendors or internal stakeholders with professionalism and urgency
- Provide AP reporting and audit support while continuously driving process improvements and data integrity
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles—especially in high-volume, multi-location, multi-currency environments
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365/AX) and automation tools such as Power Automate or Xtracta
- Clear, collaborative communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance day-to-day operations with process improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced English proficiency
