Who you are
As a Senior Accountant, you'll be the final checkpoint before key financial deliverables reach our clients. You’ll lead quality assurance efforts, mentor collaborators, and ensure our financial reporting, tax filings, and internal documentation are not only accurate, but insightful and client-ready.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement. If you're comfortable toggling between big-picture analysis and fine-detail reviews—and enjoy collaborating with both clients and internal teams—this role was made for you.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and teammates—even when solving complex problems.
- Take ownership of your work, stay organized, and embrace a proactive approach to process improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Review and approve monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring accuracy through detailed checks of Balance Sheet and P&L reports.
- Validate QuickBooks entries against supporting documents (bank, credit card, loan, and payroll reports) to uphold reporting integrity.
- Oversee tax and payroll filings, including Sales Tax, Payroll, and annual 1099s—ensuring alignment with documentation and regulatory standards.
- Act as a quality control lead, guiding team members on corrections and ensuring reports meet internal and client expectations.
- Communicate directly with clients to securely obtain financial documents and maintain a well-organized document repository.
- Prepare high-level financial review reports for premium clients, including trend analysis, visual insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain clear process documentation and collaborate with teammates using Karbon and Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless, compliant operations.
