About Us:

We’re a boutique U.S.-based law firm focused on healthcare and insurance. Small,  growing, and entrepreneurial — your work here will matter and be seen.

We value collaboration, integrity, and smart efficiency. Everyone on our team takes  initiative, shares ideas, and grows with the firm.

Most of all, we’re people-focused. We believe great work comes from a team that feels  trusted, respected, and supported. If you want a place where your contributions truly  count, you’ll fit right in.

What you'll do:

As a Paralegal on our team, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver excellent work to  clients and keep projects running smoothly. Your days will include a mix of:

  • Drafting and Editing: Creating, reviewing, and polishing contracts, agreements,  and corporate documents — ensuring they are clear, precise, and beautifully  formatted.
  • Project Support: Helping attorneys plan and track projects, keeping timelines on  target, and making sure clients receive their work product on time.
  • Regulatory and Corporate Work: Assisting with regulatory filings, corporate  governance documents, and maintaining well-organized client records.
  • M&A and Transactions: Supporting due diligence and transaction management,  ensuring every detail is tracked and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with attorneys and clients, keeping  communication clear, professional, and proactive.

You won’t just be following instructions — you’ll be a trusted member of the team,  helping us stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering high-quality results.

Why work with us?

  • Competitive & Supportive Compensation: Through Cadencia, you’ll enjoy a  competitive salary and meaningful benefits — backed by an employee-first  culture that prioritizes your well-being.
  • Meaningful Work: You’ll take on projects that truly matter — from supporting  healthcare organizations to helping businesses succeed — and see the real impact  of your work.
  • Real Growth: As a young, expanding firm, we recognize initiative and skill.  Your role can grow quickly based on merit, not just years in a seat.
  • Supportive Team: You’ll join a collaborative, approachable team where your  ideas and contributions genuinely shape how we grow.
  • Built for Balance: Work Monday–Friday in your preferred rhythm — fully  remote, or with access to Cadencia’s Guadalajara office — so you can thrive both  personally and professionally.
  • A Career That Lasts: At Cadencia, you’re invited to build a career, not just fill a  seat. With community, support, and long-term growth opportunities, their 92%  retention rate speaks for itself.
  • Flexibility & Trust: We care about results, not micromanagement. You’ll have  the autonomy, tools, and support you need to do your best work.
