About the Role
In this new role, you will be expected to hit the ground running as the CEO’s strategic partner and a strong ally for the small, but rapidly expanding, team. The company is onboarding new customers, and having completed a second round of fundraising. We feel the timing is pertinent for a known strategic individual to step in and help establish foundations under which the entire company will flourish.

Your Responsibilities
  • Help to build and manage a growing pipeline of customers in key priority markets
  • Identify new partnership segments and opportunities for the company to explore high-impact initiatives
  • Plan quarterly off-sites to stimulate team planning and prioritization efforts
  • Solicit feedback and input from the team that will help build trust and maintain a healthy work environment
  • Build relationships internally and externally and create lasting contacts
What You Will Need
  • You understand competing interests and have effective tools for prioritizing interests to maximize time, exposure, and commitments.
  • Direct Customer, Partner or Client-facing experience and a proven ability to engage, build, and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • You have a bird’s eye view of the full run of the show, including customers, partners, investors, and employees, and utilize this keen awareness to provide guidance and suggestions to the CEO.
  • You thrive in a continuously improved environment. This is to say you understand how to impact processes through iterations and appreciate the constant learning that occurs in a startup environment.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency
  • Able to thrive at a startup, i.e., in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, including experience bringing initiatives “from 0 to 1”
Nice to Haves
  • Knowledge of BaaS (Banking as a Service) and FinTech products
  • Startup experience a plus
