Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the role

  • The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the marketing team by assisting with content creation, social media management, and market research to enhance campaign effectiveness across multiple channels. This position involves coordinating event logistics, tracking email and performance analytics, and contributing to SEO initiatives, all while collaborating with team members on various projects. The Marketing Coordinator will gain practical experience with CRM and project management tools, learning to navigate a fast-paced environment while honing their marketing skills.

What you'll do

  • Assist with content creation for various marketing channels, including social, site, and newsletter campaigns.
  • Market Research – conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies and customer preferences
  • Social Media Management – Assist in managing and updating social profiles, including trends & insights.
  • Email marketing support, including performance tracking
  • SEO & Analytics
  • Event & Webinar assistance – including coordination, collateral, logistics, and promotions.
  • Project support for various marketing and stakeholder initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing related function preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Project Management and CRM tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
