We’re looking for a curious, driven Physicist/Engineer to join us. What You’ll Do

• Drive research and development for next-generation sensing and monitoring solutions. 

• Design, prototype, and validate innovative technologies for Energy and industrial applications. 

• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate advanced science into real-world products. 

• (Senior level) Lead projects, mentor colleagues, and influence R&D strategy. 

• Work on real-world challenges with global impact.

What We’re Looking For 

Education: MSc or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or related field. 

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, technical curiosity, and creativity. 

Experience: 

• Scientist: Research experience in Applied Sciences or Engineering. 

• Senior Scientist: 3+ years in R&D with leadership or project ownership. 

Bonus points for experience in: multi-physics/optical modelling, algorithm development, Spectroscopy, Optical Engineering, embedded software or electronics & electromechanical systems.
