We are growing fast and looking for a motivated and people-first Inbound & SDR Sales Manager to lead our inbound sales team and develop our SDR function into a high-performing, scalable pipeline engine. If you're a builder who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching and optimizing sales processes, this role is for you.
About the Role:
As the Inbound & SDR Sales Manager, you will lead two critical pipeline-generating functions:
You will directly manage our team of Inbound AEs and SDRs—ensuring rapid lead follow-up, lead-to-demo conversion, and pipeline coverage in partnership with Marketing and RevOps. You’ll be responsible for building foundational processes, coaching reps, and aligning resources to our market segmentation and GTM motion.
This is a player-coach role for a rising sales leader who wants to shape the next phase of Campspot’s growth engine.

While Campspot is a remote-first company, high priority will be given to candidates located near our Grand Rapids, MI headquarters or our Denver, CO hub. Secondary consideration will be given to candidates who reside in states where we currently have employees, including CO, IL, ME, MA, MI, NH, NY, NC, OR, TX, UT, VT, and VA. Candidates located outside of the US or any of the states listed previously are not able to be considered at this time.
