Capitalize is looking for a consultant to implement Financial Planning & Analysis tools like Workday Adaptive Planning across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- You will act as a trusted advisor for our clients on end-to-end implementations or optimizations of FP&A software by helping improve processes or model designs.
- You will develop models, formulas, reports and dashboards, and integrations all while meeting with clients to understand their FP&A needs.
- You will learn new technologies and design methodologies alongside a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, engineering, or other similar fields; experience in lieu of education will also be considered.
- Background in forecast modeling, financial reporting and presentations, system implementations, accounting concepts, or facilitation of end user training.
- 2-3 years of consulting experience or 3-5 years of Finance experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other Financial Planning & Analysis tools preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel, or comparable software preferred.
- Travel anticipated to be up to 25%.
