Your Mission:

Captiv8 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail. What You'll Do:

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and within budget

Go-to-Market Execution (GTM)

  • Oversee and executive GTM plans for new campaigns, product launches, or initiatives in align with company strategy
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align GTM strategies
  • Identify and leverage the most effective channels to maximize campaign reach and engagement

HubSpot Management

  • Maintain and manage marketing data within HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and segmentation
  • Build and optimize workflows, email templates, and forms to streamline marketing efforts
  • Monitor HubSpot analytics to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with campaign-related data for seamless lead handoffs to sales teams

Email and Newsletter Management

  • Draft, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and announcements
  • Manage the creation and distribution of email and LinkedIn newsletters to grow audience engagement
  • Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies for better results

Content Creation and Case Studies

  • Develop compelling case studies showcasing key successes and outcomes for clients or projects
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify suitable case study subjects
  • Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content across platforms

Awards Submissions

  • Research and identify relevant industry awards for submission
  • Manage the award submission process, including drafting applications and gathering supporting materials
  • Track deadlines and ensure submissions are completed on time and to a high standard

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, engagement, and lead conversion rates
  • Use HubSpot and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights and refine marketing strategies
  • Prepare and present reports that detail campaign successes and improvement opportunities

Lead Generation and Opportunity Pipeline Tracking

  • Monitor lead generation efforts from campaigns and ensure alignment with sales objectives
  • Track the opportunity pipeline influenced by marketing efforts and report on progression
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective follow-ups and conversions

Internal Communication

  • Act as the point of contact for sharing marketing updates with internal teams
  • Develop and distribute internal newsletters or communications to ensure alignment on key initiatives
  • Provide visibility into campaign successes, learnings, and upcoming plans to keep stakeholders informed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with broader company goals
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Operational Efficiency

  • Maintain an organized system for campaign assets, schedules, and data
  • Continuously refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a highly fast-paced environment
  • Experience in content creation, email marketing, and lead generation is highly preferred
