Your Mission:

As a Solutions Consultant at Captiv8, you will catalyze success for both internal and external teams. You will serve as a product evangelist, strategically championing our offering among internal teams. Through regular interactions, you will outline comprehensive updates, sales-enabled content and thought leadership to create a shared understanding of Captiv8’s unique value proposition and ensure alignment across organizational goals. Externally, our consultants are dedicated to guiding clients through personalized strategies that solve complex problems, drive increased product adoption and in turn secure larger deals. By tackling influencer marketing challenges head-on, you will empower our partners to achieve scalable repeatable results through our award-winning team and technology solutions.


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate as an integral member of the account team to expedite sales cycles of Captiv8’s platform and services to enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Participate in client meetings, conducting thorough discovery sessions to understand the customer’s current and future needs and identify opportunities for positive business outcomes.
  • Seamlessly navigate data analysis and client-facing interactions to extract insights to inform strategic solutions based on a client’s challenges.
  • Develop compelling presentations and collateral tailored to showcase the value of captiv8 for specific verticals and clients.
  • Work with sales to coach the team on new product roll-outs, GTM and product updates.
  • Present product demos, ROI models and technical overviews both virtually and in person, effectively communicating the benefits of Captiv8’s influencer marketing platform and white glove services.
  • Support pre-sales activities by actively engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing technical inquiries and contributing to the overall sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and sales operations to expedite responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Qualifications You'll Bring:

  • Proven success in pre-sales, consulting and client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote environment.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role in digital, ad tech, martech, branded content and social/influencer marketing programs
  • Inquisitive nature and a passion for continuous learning to understand and proactively provide solutions focused on client’s goals and metrics for success.
  • Thrives on autonomy while creating synergies across your team and the broader organization including and not limited to partnerships, marketing and product team.
  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through written, verbal and presentation abilities.
  • You represent solutions you are passionate about, and serve as a Trusted Advisor to internal partnership leads, top brand marketers and ad agencies.
  • You LOVE advertising, social data, influencer campaigns, and measurement!
