How you'll make an impact

Would you like to join our team in a role that has a positive impact on the lives of others?

Reporting to and supporting our Housing Transition and Support Manager the Housing Transition Coordinator works within our growth and engagement team.

You will responsible for vacancy coordination across a range of accommodation settings including CareChoice Homes, Medium Term Accommodation and other rental options, client matching and long-term sales pipeline management for CareChoice.  

Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management, rapport building, problem solving, negotiation, organisational skills and genuine passion are critical to the success of the role.

The role also encompasses support of the Client Specialist Team to convert appropriate enquiries, administration and client management. There will also be requirement to be on site at our client homes at times.

About you

CareChoice are looking for candidates who have the following -

• Experience within the Disability or Community Services Sectors
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• A clear, pleasant, professional and confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focus.  
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.  
• Literacy and highly developed administration experience.
