The American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM-EPF) was established for the exclusive purpose of providing certain pension and related benefits to Covered Employees and their Beneficiaries under the Plan, and shall further provide the means for financing and maintaining the operation and administration of the Trust and the Plan in accordance with the Trust Agreement, the Plan, and applicable law. 

Overview: 

The Signatory and Agreements Processor is responsible for the research and agreement validation processing of contribution reports received by the organization. Duties include the review of agreement information to be entered into system database and used to compare against submitted engagement information.  

Job Description: 

• Upload emails received in the agreement department email inbox 
• Quality Control review of uploaded documents 
• Agreement review and final approval on pre-approved agreement documents  
• Signatory Validation by determining the correct industry code on conventional remittance reports 
• Broadway League Signatory Validation 
• Process Single Engagement contracts 
• Research and resolve various remittance report issues 
• Contact Locals/Employers via Phone or Email 
• Designate Check Statuses into Fund System 
• Enter Report Summary information  
• Complete Adjustments of database information as needed 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• High School Diploma 
• 1-3 years working experience 
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks 
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.); Beginner to Intermediate Excel and Word experience 
• Excellent communications and writing skills  
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Proficient math skills 

Preferred: 

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree 
• Experience working with Collective Bargaining agreements or Union Contracts
