Disco is building a collaborative ad network that helps direct-to-consumer brands find new customers faster and cheaper. With rising costs in traditional advertising due to changes from Google and Apple (e.g., cookie deprecation, iOS updates), brands face an unsustainable challenge. Our main offering, DiscoFeed, recommends products to shoppers after checkout based on their past purchases. Leading brands like Caden Lane, Caraway, Dagne Dover, Sol de Janeiro, and Liquid I.V. use DiscoFeed to cross-sell to each other’s customer bases, dramatically lowering their acquisition costs.
We've raised $26 million in funding from established investors (Felicis Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Shopify, Sugar Capital, RiverPark Ventures, and Indicator Ventures). Since 2021, we have expanded our network to 1000+ brands, serving product recommendations to 106M+ shoppers & supporting $42B in e-commerce transactions.
What we are looking for:
- An experienced sales-led partner manager looking to establish and grow the channel sales motion at Disco, launching and growing relationships with agencies, tech partners and platforms (i.e. Shopify) that drive referrals to Disco’s sales team
- Experience doing several 1:many deal structures with channel partners that have an outsized impact on revenue
- Some familiarity with performance marketing and affiliate agency service models
What you bring:
- You have a strong track record of building channel partnerships that convert into measurable business impact
- You’re an expert at running an end-to-end channel sales cycle: tailoring your pitch to the audience, running deep discovery and understanding an organization, and enabling partners to ultimately get them to refer business
- You’re persistent, and know how to navigate a partnership to get what you want out of it
- You enjoy thinking through hard problems
- You check your ego at the door, and embrace a growth (not a fixed) mindset
What you will be doing:
- Generate referrals and new business for Disco’s sales team on a quarterly performance quota
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize new channel relationships based on the business’ high-level strategy
- Iterate on deal structures that encourage partners to refer business to Disco
- Represent Disco at partner-facing or industry-wide events
- Support Disco’s sales and customer success teams to leverage appropriate partners in sales cycles and to meet customer needs
- Own relevant reporting for channel partnerships (pipeline updates, revshare tracking & reports, etc.)
What you have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partnership in SaaS, eCommerce or AdTech
- Experience owning and meeting a revenue number
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and adept at tailoring your communication to your audience
Salary Range:
OTE: $175,000 - $200,000

While this role can be remote, candidates based in New York City or San Francisco are preferred due to Disco’s office presence in both cities.
