Job Overview:
This role is the glue that holds the marketing function together. You’ll manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment across teams, overseeing handoffs, and keeping deliverables on track. You’ll also work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to execute content, campaigns, and events. While you won’t need to be an expert in every channel, you should be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces and stepping in where needed—whether it’s writing a newsletter, coordinating a webinar, or making sure an ad campaign goes live on time.
In this role you get to:
- Coordinate across teams (sales, product, design, external agencies) to keep projects moving, manage handoffs, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Project manage the marketing calendar, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, content, and events.
- Plan and execute our communication strategy, including social posts and customer newsletter, both of which embody our brand voice.
- Manage key contractors, from content writers to website developer, holding a high bar for timeliness and quality.
- Support demand generation efforts, ensuring paid media, SEO, and email campaigns are executed effectively (but not necessarily running them yourself).
- Support events and webinars, working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Jump in where needed—whether it’s reviewing copy, troubleshooting a campaign issue, or brainstorming creative ideas.
We’re looking for people who have:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills—you love keeping things organized and moving forward.
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing strategy with execution.
- Strong writing skills—you can confidently create or refine social posts, newsletters, and emails.
- Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Trello, and SharePoint.
- A problem-solver with a “figure it out” attitude—able to navigate ambiguity and make things happen.
- You thrive in a scrappy, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-growing scale-up or startup.
- Background in field marketing or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
