Job Overview:

Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts 

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will own the overall success of their customers’ experience with Harver – with the goal of customer health, retention and expansion.  The CSM will have accountability for creation of account plans with a focus on short- and long-term strategy, relationship building, and execute activities that ensure their  customers are realizing value from their investment in Harver.  This includes identifying and closing expansion opportunities, successful renewals, and overall customer satisfaction. The CSM will consult and educate customers on how their use of Harver’s suite of hiring solutions and  provides measurable ROI on their hiring investments and strategies.  

 

The successful candidate has demonstrated achievements in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment and comes to Harver with experience in technology-centric Account Management, Talent Acquisition and / or Human Resources team.  

   

In this role you will get to:    

·        Collaborate with Harver’s customer-facing teams to maximize customer ROI and value realization  

·        Work in a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric environment; with the mission of growing Harver’s brand and meeting customers where they are  

·        Consult and educate clients on Harver’s “People Science” driven approach to technology.  

·        Be the “voice of the customer,” delivering product feedback and solutions to enhance Harver’s offering and the customer experience. 

·        Provide best practices and incredible service to our customers  

·        Enable customers to maximize the value of their investment with Harver  

·        Own the customer retention and renewal 

·        Identify, orchestrate, and close expansion opportunities that demonstrate accretive value to the customer .and Harver 

·        Ensure that service delivery is executed at a standard of quality and timeliness that meets customers’ needs.  

·        Initiate and facilitate regular touchpoints with clients-both formal and informal / digital and in person) 

·        Prepare and deliver regular business reviews 

·        Orchestrate continuous enablement of your customers to drive adoption 

 

We are looking for people who have:   

·        5+ years of account management experience, at least 1 year of engagement with Enterprise level accounts 

·        Demonstrable track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets   

·        Experience with value selling to Executive level contacts 

·        The ability to communicate and simplify complex technical concepts to clients   

·        Experience with sales reporting tools and analytics  (e.g. Salesforce) 

·        An undergraduate degree preferred but not required 

·        Experience selling HR / / Recruitment Services and/or Technology is a plus  

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills  

·        Fluency in English; speaking additional languages is a plus
