Product Experience Specialists provide existing customers with exceptional services. The focus of this role is to enhance and optimize the experience users have with Harver.  They identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize the customer experience, and in turn increase overall satisfaction, adoption and retention with the product. 


The Product Experience Specialists also have a crucial role in training employees and clients on platforms capabilities. To ensure a consistent customer-centric approach across the organization, they create training materials, run workshops on specific features, and train team members. They also contribute to ensuring the internal knowledge base is kept up to date with relevant information.  Please note that this role will operate on UK time zone

In this role you get to: 

  • Product experts 
    • Become a Product Guru on the Harver Platform features, functionalities, and customer use cases  
    • Product expert in Checkster 
  • Training & Documentation 
    • Create and maintain training materials and internal Knowledge Base articles  
    • Run workshops on specific features 
    • Train team members on product related topics 
  • Platform Configuration & Client Support 
    • Perform configuration and workflow updates for existing customers 
    • Work with Implementation Consultants during projects to assist with configurations and other project needs 
    • Respond to customer inquiries via tickets submitted  
    • Assist with quality assurance aspects of projects 
  • Proactive Engagement: 
    • Monitor customer patterns via tickets submitted to identify opportunities for increasing engagement 
    • Work with leadership to develop strategies to encourage regular and deeper use of the product 
    • Work closely with Marketing to communicate with customer and internal stakeholders to keep them informed about new features, updates, and best practices 
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: 
    • Work with Customer Success teams, Product and other stakeholders to ensure that user experience considerations are integrated into product development and updates 
    • Actively involved in supporting internal stakeholders with product related questions via Slack and meetings

We’re looking for people who have:  

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a variety of audiences, including non-technical team members and clients   
  • Eagerness to learn new and unfamiliar technologies   
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills and the ability to problem-solve and think critically   
  • Ability to prioritize work and be self-directed in a dynamic and challenging work environment   
  • Strong work ethic and desire to meet client and internal driven deadlines   

We are looking for people who have:  

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions meeting complex business requirements 
  • Experienced in:  
    • Capturing customer requirements  
    • Assessing feasibility in customer required scenarios  
    • Mapping current and future processing flows  
  • History of customer focus and delivery  
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Always conduct business with integrity and behaviors that align with Harver's policies, procedures, and core values  
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet established deadlines, while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction 
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing high growth environment  
  • Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to take initiative  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability, especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical integration details 
  • Ability to flex communication style based on audience  
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical diagrams and presentations 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) 
  • Knowledge of Talent Management industry a plus 
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
