Job Overview:

  • Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are “value advocates” who focus on both the successful launch of new client engagements, as well as the coordination of activities and resources that ensure the long-term strategic success of our clients. The right candidate has demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success managing a complex technology-centric customer engagement.     

In this role you get to: 

  • Own a large portfolio of mid-market and small commercial accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. 
  • Serve as the primary post-sales contact, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Harver solutions. 
  • Manage high-volume customer relationships efficiently, balancing proactive engagement with responsive support. 
  • Provide product, service, and solution expertise to help clients maximize value. 
  • Renew and expand customer contracts while identifying growth opportunities within existing assigned accounts. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple levels of the organization. 
  • Initiate and facilitate regular client touchpoints to drive engagement and adoption. 
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for larger customers within territory, highlighting value through reporting and recommendations. 
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing positively to Harver’s mission-driven culture. 


We’re looking for people who have:  

  • A “refuse to lose” mentality - driving persistence, resilience, and results under pressure. 
  • Experience in managing a large book of renewals and track record of achieving high renewal rates 
  • Structure and discipline to work through strong organizational and process-management skills. 
  • Initiative and drives work forward with creativity and resourcefulness 
  • Experience building relationships with all levels of contacts 
  • Ability to establish trust and influence across teams to ensure seamless execution 
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients   
  • Experience with business reporting tools and analytics  
  • Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal
