The Technical Product Manager API and integrations will be responsible for the entire integrations domain within the Harver platform. They will work closely with delivery and engineering to ensure that Harver provides an exceptional integration layer for our customers, supporting the delivery team with tools and services that help them in their day-to-day work, meanwhile focusing on the long-term health, stability and scalability of our integration product.

In this role you’ll get to:
  • Identify new opportunities or product challenges that are in line with the long-term vision of Harver, by;
    • Analyzing the market and stay informed on the competition and technological trends;
    • Gathering and processing feedback from important internal stakeholders;
    • Using our various product and platform analytics tools to get insights into the usage and load of internal and external APIs.
  • Do extensive research (including technical feasibility and POCs) and transform new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives
  • Ideate on multiple solutions and validate your concepts and assumptions with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the solution is feasible, viable, and desirable.
  • Break down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories and create a release planning with clear milestones that will result in continuous delivery of valuable software to the end-users.
  • Continuously inform and manage internal and external stakeholders on roadmap changes and progress.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy and create and maintain all documentation needed for selling and using the product functionalities.
  • Monitor and improve delivered software to steer towards business objectives.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks & participating in professional societies.

We are looking for people who have:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of technical product owner/manager experience in a tech company.
  • Experience leading development cycles from concept to launch;
  • Solid technical understanding of APIs and related technologies, comfortable reading API documentation and using APIs (with tools like Postman).
  • Strong and relevant experience with running internal & external integration projects.
  • Ideate, influence and lead product decisions. 
  • Excellent communicator on every level, including peers, management, and engineers.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset and desire to create innovative and successful products.
  • Experience in developing and managing a value-driven, technical roadmap.

This is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates based in the Netherlands within commutable distance to Amsterdam. Relocation or visa sponsorship will NOT be offered.
