Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead one of Harver’s core product pillars — an area central to how customers experience our platform and how Harver drives measurable business impact.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that combines strategic leadership with executional excellence. You’ll drive product strategy, coach a Product Manager, and partner cross-functionally to ensure discovery and delivery are tightly aligned to customer value and growth.
In this role you get to:
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Translate Harver’s annual product strategy into clear quarterly outcomes and measurable goals.
- Own your product area end-to-end: from shaping the “why” to delivering the “what” — grounded in customer and market insight.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to grow adoption, retention, and revenue.
Customer Insight & Discovery
- Lead structured discovery with users, customer success, and data teams to ensure product decisions are insight-led.
- Represent the voice of the customer across your product line, ensuring their needs are visible in roadmap priorities.
- Use experimentation, data, and feedback loops to validate ideas and de-risk delivery.
Execution & Delivery
- Drive predictable execution across your team — with clarity of goals, outcomes, and ownership.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs balancing quality, speed, and impact.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure discovery and delivery are well-integrated and efficient.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Coach and develop your Product Manager — building their strategic and analytical skills.
- Partner with the CPO, other GPMs, and cross-functional leads to maintain alignment across product lines.
- Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives that improve monetization.
What Success Looks Like:
- Customer Impact: Strong adoption and satisfaction in your product area.
- Business Outcomes: Contribution to retention (GDR/NDR) and ARR growth.
- Execution Rhythm: Clear priorities, on-time delivery, and decisive trade-offs.
- Team Development: Your PM grows in confidence, capability, and impact.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Smooth collaboration with GTM and R&D, fewer escalations, faster cycles.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:
- Strategic & Curious: You connect dots between user need, business goal, and technical possibility.
- Commercially Sharp: You understand how pricing, packaging, and adoption link to growth.
- Decisive & Empathetic: You balance conviction with humility — making calls, learning fast.
- Collaborative: You build alignment without bureaucracy, and momentum without micromanagement.
We’re looking for people who have:
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech or adjacent domains.
- 1+ year of people management experience (mentoring or managing PMs).
- Proven ability to own a product area from strategy through delivery.
- Experience balancing technical, commercial, and user perspectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and experimentation.
We will offer you:
- As a global company, our benefits vary by location. Ask your recruiter to provide information about localized benefits. Harverians enjoy:
- A competitive base salary and great incentive program
- Discretionary paid time off — when you need it, take it
- Benefit plan options that give you the flexibility to select the right health care coverage for you and eligible family members
- Retirement savings programs
- Bonus opportunities and employee referral rewards
Why This Role Matters:
As a GPM at Harver, you’ll act as a key force multiplier — bringing focus, clarity, and rhythm to how we discover and deliver value. You’ll work closely with the CPO and your GPM peer to shape the next evolution of Harver’s product suite and ensure our teams ship with purpose and precision.
