Vice President, Channel Partnerships

About Pearl

Pearl is a mission-driven Certified B Corp building the first national rating system and registry for U.S. homes—like a FICO score for home performance. Our platform makes the invisible qualities of a home—its safety, comfort, resilience, and energy—visible, measurable, and financially valuable.

When Pearl succeeds, home performance data will sit at the center of how trillions of dollars move through the housing economy—powering smarter lending, fairer insurance, and higher resale value for efficient homes. Buyers will know what they’re getting. Owners will be rewarded for upgrading. And the market itself will help accelerate the clean-energy transition. The opportunity is enormous: a multi-billion-dollar platform at the intersection of data, finance, real estate, and climate technology. We partner with real estate portals, lenders, insurers, contractors, and public programs to embed home performance into the heart of the housing market.

About the role

The Vice President, Channel Partnerships will lead the design and execution of Pearl’s strategy to build a nationwide network of real estate brokerages who act as a critical distribution channel for Pearl’s brand and product offerings. Real estate agents are trusted advisors at pivotal points in the home buying and selling journey, and this role will ensure they are equipped with the tools, training, and incentives to embed Pearl’s insights into client conversations. By building credibility and scale with agents, this leader will drive consumer awareness of the Pearl SCORE and accelerate adoption of Pearl’s solutions across the housing ecosystem.

This is a senior role requiring both strategic design and execution. The Vice President will develop Pearl’s real estate partner model, recruit and manage brokerage relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes for both Pearl and its partners. As adoption grows, this leader will build and manage a team to expand coverage and support channel success.

What you'll do

  • Develop and lead Pearl’s brokerage-first channel partnership strategy, aligning with the company’s GTM plan and long-term revenue goals.
  • Recruit and negotiate partnerships with brokerages and national real estate networks, structuring agreements that scale Pearl’s reach across agent populations.
  • Design, launch, and manage Pearl’s agent program for brokerages, including:
    • Incentives & value exchange: Ensure agents and brokerages see clear economic and competitive benefits, while delivering critical business outcomes for Pearl.
    • Agent recruitment: Build scalable motions that brokerages can use to recruit their agents into the program.
    • Onboarding: Develop training and enablement materials that make it easy for agents to adopt Pearl.
    • Agent success: Ensure participating agents realize tangible benefits — faster deal cycles, stronger differentiation, and greater client trust.
  • Partner with Pearl’s Marketing and Product teams to create co-branded campaigns, reports, and digital assets that brokerages and agents can deploy in their sales processes.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for channel success at both the brokerage and agent levels, focusing on adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Represent Pearl at real estate industry events, conferences, and associations, building visibility and credibility among brokerage leaders and national networks.
  • Build and manage a Channel Partnerships team over time to support program development, account management, and field execution at scale.

What we are looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in channel partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development in proptech, real estate, or housing-related industries.
  • Proven success in building B2B2C distribution programs through enterprise partners (e.g., brokerages, franchise networks, or national associations).
  • Deep understanding of the real estate brokerage model and the role of agents in the transaction process.
  • Experience creating and scaling partner programs that include incentives, recruitment, onboarding, and success management.
  • Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with C-level brokerage executives and translate strategic value into adoption at scale.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in 0→1 program and channel development.
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a passion for Pearl’s mission of transforming the housing market through transparency and performance.
  • Ability to travel frequently to visit channel partners and attend industry events (up to 40–50%).
