Your work will directly contribute to our mission, spanning the entire region with up to 75% travel within your assigned territory. You'll be at the forefront of expanding access to our NeuroStar Treatment Sessions (NSTS), directly impacting patients' lives.


We offer a competitive compensation package, including a fixed base salary of $75,000 with an estimated commission potential of up to $25,000 (dependent on performance to targets). In addition to a strong overall compensation package, Neuronetics provides a comprehensive benefits package including:

What You'll Do:


As a TAPDM, you'll be a key player in our sales team, focusing on expanding the reach of NeuroStar. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving NSTS volume and revenue growth in established accounts across the country.
  • Serving as a trusted business consultant to clinical practices, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and increase patient reach.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while upholding strong professional and ethical standards.
  • Implementing performance improvement tools, such as the "5 Stars success program," and conducting regular business reviews.
  • Collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers to ensure aligned goals and superior customer support.
  • Traveling extensively (up to 75%) to engage directly with clients and support practice development on-site.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate administrative documentation, including expense reporting and CRM entries.




Who You Are:


We're looking for a results-oriented and driven individual with:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in account development (or equivalent internship experience) – healthcare, biotech, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities and extensive travel.
  • Comfortable executing marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and brand visibility.
  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, especially with "Buy and Bill" models.
  • Prior exposure to call points in neurology, psychiatry, dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or oncology.
  • Familiarity with launching and supporting new therapeutic programs in a clinical setting.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
