Position Summary
We’re seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Traveling Associate Practice Development Manager (TAPDM) to join our growing team in Houston, TX and the surrounding region. This position plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by increasing utilization of NeuroStar Treatment Sessions (NSTS) across existing accounts. What You'll Do

  • Drive NSTS volume and revenue growth in established accounts across the country.
  • Serve as a trusted business consultant to clinical practices, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and increase patient reach.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong professional and ethical standards.
  • Implement performance improvement tools such as the 5 Stars success program and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers to ensure aligned goals and superior customer support.
  • Travel extensively (up to 70%) to engage directly with clients and support practice development on-site.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate administrative documentation, expense reporting, and CRM entries.

Who You Are

  • A results-oriented sales professional with a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account development, preferably within healthcare, biotech, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively.
  • Comfortable executing marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and brand visibility.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, especially with Buy and Bill models.
  • Prior exposure to call points in neurology, psychiatry, dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or oncology.
  • Familiarity with launching and supporting new therapeutic programs in a clinical setting.
