Who You Are

You're an entrepreneurial brand builder who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment - the kind of person who gets energized by the journey from concept to shelf. You dream big, but you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen yourself. You're a natural self-starter who doesn't wait for perfect clarity to move forward. Ambiguity doesn't intimidate you; it excites you. You take ownership, see around corners, and find ways to drive things forward even when the path isn't perfectly clear.

You think strategically about where the brand needs to go, but you're equally comfortable jumping into the details to execute. CPG branding, innovation, and consumer marketing aren't just skills you have; they're what you live and breathe. You understand how to connect creative thinking with business results, and you're collaborative by nature, curious about what you don't know yet, and genuinely passionate about health, wellness, and Superfoods.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in CPG, wellness, or natural products
  • Proven success managing brand or product launches, campaigns, or partnerships
  • Experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills - both written and verbal

Why Work With Us

We're a team of passionate, inclusive and purpose-driven individuals who believe work should be meaningful and fun. Here's what that looks like in practice:

You're part of a collaborative culture where support isn't just a buzzword, it's how we operate. When your birthday rolls around, you get the day off (because celebrating you matters). And when summer hits? From Victoria Day to Labour Day, we switch to Summer Hours so you can actually enjoy those long, sunny evenings.

We take care of our people with flexible hours, extensive health benefits and wellness initiatives, plus generous time off for vacation (which increases annually by the way), sick days, and personal needs. Every year between Christmas and New Year's, the whole company shuts down so you can truly unplug and recharge. Throughout the year, we recognize wins big and small, gather for team events that actually strengthen our culture, and - here's the best part - we keep you stocked with a generous annual allowance of our Superfoods, because if we believe in what we make, you should get to enjoy it too.
