OVERVIEW:

We are hiring a Jr. Analytics Consultant to play a key role in our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) program. This individual will be responsible for conducting daily audits and deep-dive analyses of our customers, following established playbooks and best practices while actively contributing new ideas that drive continuous improvement across our processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong analytical background with proven experience conducting structured audits or customer performance reviews. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — can explain complex ideas simply and effectively. 
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a feedback-driven environment. 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving processes with a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Demonstrated curiosity and drive for self-learning — especially around digital advertising, Amazon Marketplace dynamics, and retail media.

  • Execute daily customer audits and deep-dive performance analyses, using our defined playbooks and frameworks. 
  • Deliver actionable insights and findings to internal stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth handoff of insights and helping shape customer strategy. 
  • Proactively contribute new ideas and improvements to our playbooks based on observations, patterns, and evolving best practices. 
  • Stay current on Amazon Marketplace trends, retail media updates, and product feature releases to inform strategic recommendations. 
  • Take ownership of knowledge gaps — ask questions, seek support, and leverage internal resources to learn quickly. 
  • Balance a friendly, approachable communication style with a firm, confident delivery of recommendations and feedback.
