OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Customer Growth Manager to join our Customer Strategy team.

As a Customer Growth Manager, you will have the opportunity to upsell additional product channels within Quartile’s customer base.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience (or demonstrated aptitude for learning) managing the full SaaS sales cycle and consistently hitting quota
  • Ability to align closely with the Customer Strategy team to uncover upsell opportunities within our customer base
  • Familiar with CRM software (i.e., SalesLoft)

WHO YOU ARE:

This is a mid-level position; the ideal candidate is looking to continue their career in Sales within the Digital Marketing industry. You are:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Customer Growth Manager on our Inside Sales team, you will:

  • Prospect our customer base, leveraging a handful of different methods including side-by side calls with our Customer Strategy team and direct phone calls/emails
  • Actively work the sales cycle from prospecting to close as you work each month to achieve quota
  • Work your way through the hierarchy of e-commerce businesses, pitching to mid-level and senior executives
  • Leverage mass amounts of data to identify ideal upsell candidates and present an ROI based analysis of the account
  • Provide constant feedback to sales leadership, customer success, marketing, and product so that we can continuously improve our technology, messaging, and sales collateral
  • This is a PJ contract based out in Brazil
