OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an analytical and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on optimizing and integrating Salesforce and other tools used by our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements, automate manual processes, and lead high-impact technology implementation projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in a business systems analyst, Saleforce administrator, or similar role
- 3+ years experience configuring and hands-on automation building in Salesforce
- Ability to understand Apex code, suggest enhancement, and develop solutions
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and other GTM tech stack software (enrichment, engagement, call recording, CSP, etc)
- Experience in managing data quality, creating reports, and implementing frameworks that reduce data discrepancies and enhance data accessibility
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings and collaborate across teams.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Salesforce Administrator and/or other relevant certifications (Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, etc)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and other GTM tech stack software
- Familiarity with a high-velocity sales model and MRR-based business operations.
- Experience working in a US or international environment, demonstrating the ability to navigate diverse markets and collaborate with global teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement improvements.
- Configure, maintain and optimize Salesforce and other GTM tools to ensure they meet evolving business requirements, including customizing objects, fields, workflows, and automations.
- Drive and support integration projects, ensuring the seamless connection of GTM tools with Salesforce and other systems, enhancing data consistency and process efficiency.
- Analyze data from various systems to provide actionable insights, improve decision-making, and drive business outcomes. Implement standardized reporting frameworks to reduce report generation times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and GTM technology trends to propose and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
