OVERVIEW 


We are looking for a Product Director to join our rapidly growing Product team and lead our DTC and Social Commerce products (Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok and E-Comm platform integrations like Shopify) 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience 
  • Ability to perform quantitative analyzes (with SQL, Python or PySpark) to inform product decisions and measure the impact of new features and improvement 
  • Solid problem-solving skills to accurately identify, analyze, and address relevant issues, ensuring effective solutions. 
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience working with Executive-level leadership   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Previous experience working in a senior product manager or product leadership role 
  • Experience working in an AdTech or B2B startup, ideally within an e-commerce environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Defining the overall DTC and Paid Social product vision and strategy, providing the team with direction and inspiration 
  • Set roadmaps for a broad portfolio of products as well as cross functional efforts 
  • Define and prioritize product features based on strategic goals, user feedback, and market research, creating a clear product roadmap 
  • Communicate project statuses, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, providing clear visibility on progress and challenges 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams to foster alignment and effective execution 
  • Mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. 
  • Proactively manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delays and challenges
