OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will build strong, consultative relationships with internal hiring managers, interview teams, and external candidates to ensure the efficient and seamless execution of the talent acquisition process. You will also be responsible for overseeing recruitment data, analytics, and managing recruiting platforms and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a high-growth SaaS, Ad-Tech, or Marketing company
- Proven experience hiring for international companies and working in international teams
- Proven experience in building and leading a recruitment strategy
- Expertise in sourcing candidates, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter (be prepared to share your sourcing metrics)
- Experience in building dashboards and reports to visualize recruiting data is a plus
- Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to converse and consult effectively in the language
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to build candidate pipelines and ensure a transparent, high-quality candidate experience
- Proficient with a wide range of sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), enabling you to recommend solutions that align with a projected hiring plan
- A data-driven storyteller, with a keen interest in understanding both micro and macro trends in recruitment
- A customer service advocate within Talent Acquisition, dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- An advocate for the use of technology and automation. You have experience managing recruiting technology platforms (such as Rippling, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and know how to leverage them effectively

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Recruit top talent for business, marketing, and technology positions across various levels of seniority
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including kickoff ceremonies, interviews, scheduling, candidate feedback, and offers
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, and generate reports on open roles
- Identify macro trends in the market, such as compensation gaps, and track candidate sentiment through surveys and data
- Actively source candidates through outbound searches via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Analyze, design, and implement a customized hiring process tailored to each open position
- Provide employee hiring forecasts to leadership to set clear expectations and align on recruitment goals
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process by conducting candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure preparedness and alignment during the interview process
- Provide consultation on structured interviews and interview best practices to hiring panels and teams
- Help design and implement challenges or technical tests as part of the hiring process
- Create an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage through to the offer process
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Talent to provide updates on search progress and the candidate pipeline
- Partner with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth transition of successful candidates through the onboarding process
