OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join Quartile’s global Finance team, supporting our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. This role will report to the Head of FP&A and play a key part in the forecasting process, board reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate has experience in FP&A or corporate finance, is passionate about data-driven decision-making, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position will be based in Brazil, supporting US-based stakeholders, and requires excellent communication skills in English. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or similar analytical roles 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline. 

• Prior experience working with a US-based company is strongly preferred 

• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and analytical rigor 

• Experience building and maintaining financial models and management reports 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple time zones and teams 

• Familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Vena, or similar) is a plus 

• Understanding of SaaS business models or experience in advertising technology/e-commerce is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support the company’s financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes 

• Own and manage portions of the monthly and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 

• Assist in preparing board materials and executive presentations, translating complex financial data into clear insights 

• Analyze key financial and operational metrics, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 

• Partner cross-functionally with business and finance leaders to provide analytical support for strategic decisions 

• Help maintain and improve FP&A tools and reporting systems to drive efficiency and visibility 

• Support ad hoc analysis for business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization 

This is a PJ contract based out in Brazil.
