OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Interface team and act as a central execution and coordination hub across multiple initiatives and stakeholders. 

This role is delivery-focused, highly operational, and cross-functional. You will not own product strategy, but you will play a key role in ensuring initiatives move forward smoothly, scopes and timelines are respected, and teams stay aligned in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as: Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst 
  • Experience working in cross-functional tech teams 
  • Previous technical exposure (e.g., systems analysis, development, or close engineering work) is a strong plus 
  • Comfortable working across multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Jira expertise is essential (ability to structure workflows, stories, epics, queries, and reports) 
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) 
  • Strong experience with delivery tracking, execution, and reporting 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Fluent English (you’ll lead and participate in international meetings) 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Optional):

  • Experience with AI tools in daily workflows (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, similar) 
  • Familiarity with audit-related reporting or time tracking controls 
  • Experience working with external vendors or partners

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure product scopes, timelines, and delivery commitments are met 
  • Identify, anticipate, and remove impediments that may impact delivery 
  • Own delivery execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring things are moving forward 
  • Track and communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders 
  • Be responsible for documentation and organization of initiatives, user stories, tasks and workflows in Jira 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, services, and processes in Confluence 
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions 
  • Follow initiatives end-to-end, from early discussions through launch, leading execution when needed 
  • Gather, clarify, and translate business and stakeholder requirements into delivery-ready scopes 
  • Assess feasibility and flag risks early to leadership 
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across components during delivery 
  • Communicate the product vision and roadmap for alignment purposes (without owning product strategy) 
  • Support and follow related projects, assisting team members when priorities overlap 
  • Support operational controls such as Jira hygiene, time tracking consistency, reporting for audits and leadership visibility 
  • Act as a key interface between engineering teams, PMs, Directors, external partners and vendors
