OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Data & Performance Analyst (Product Data Analyst) to join our team. This role is critical to understanding product, sales, and operational performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. You will play a key role in defining study boundaries and variables, designing experiments, and transforming data into meaningful business recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL (including joins, window functions, and aggregations).
  • Experience with programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design and performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving business insights.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Fluence in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to extract relevant insights.
  • Curious and proactive, always looking for better ways to understand and use data.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences.
  • A team player who enjoys problem-solving, logical reasoning, and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and potential inconsistencies.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights impacting product, sales, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains to understand requirements and deliver insights.
  • Design and execute experimental frameworks to evaluate performance and test hypotheses.
  • Contribute to building scalable analytical processes and frameworks for ongoing business needs.
  • Support the creation of case studies in partnership with the Marketing team.
