OVERVIEW:
The COE Assurance Analyst (Audiences) supports the Audience Lead in delivering full-funnel audience insights within Quarterly Reviews and other account analyses produced by Quartile’s Center of Excellence. In this role, you will help analyze performance across audience-based channels such as Amazon DSP, Meta, and TikTok and contribute to building data-driven narratives that guide client strategy. You’ll ensure adherence to Quartile’s best practices and alignment with client objectives across audience based marketing programs. You’ll work closely with the Audience Lead and QR Search team to ensure cohesive cross-channel recommendations and maintain the high analytical and storytelling standards of Quartile’s Assurance program.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or media performance reporting.
- Familiarity with audience-based advertising platforms (Amazon DSP, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets or Data Studio and similar tools).
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing concepts and metrics (impressions, reach, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn data into concise, meaningful insights.
- Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow within a cross-functional environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Audience Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, clean, and analyze performance data from Amazon DSP, Meta, TikTok, and other audience-based platforms.
- Track and report on key full-funnel metrics such as impressions, reach/frequency, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and new-to-brand performance.
- Identify audience trends, behavioral patterns, and optimization opportunities across campaigns.
- Prepare visualizations and data summaries to support the Audience Lead’s narratives in Quarterly Reviews.
2. Support in Quarterly Review Development
- Assist the Audience Lead in developing the audience-focused sections of Quarterly Reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across accounts and presentations.
- Contribute to storytelling by translating raw audience metrics into clear insights and action items.
- Support Quarterly Review Delivery: Assist in preparing and delivering audience-related sections of Quarterly Reviews to CSMs by ensuring data accuracy, building clear insights, and providing all required analyses and visuals on time. Collaborate closely with the Audience Lead and Search team, so CSMs receive a complete, consistent, and actionable QR package.
3. Audience Segmentation and Targeting Support
- Help evaluate and refine audience segments across platforms (e.g. Amazon custom audiences, Meta interest groups, lookalike audiences).
- Support analysis of retargeting, retention and prospecting tactics, identifying which segments drive the most efficient performance.
- Collaborate with the Audience Lead to propose test ideas or targeting refinements.
4. Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Partner with QR Search Analysts and Auditors to connect audience insights with search and other channel data.
- Help uncover cross-channel opportunities, such as search-to-DSP audience strategies or even creative learnings from social or other display campaigns.
5. Process and Quality Control
- Support in maintaining and improving best practices for audience data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure all audience data inputs follow established SOPs and templates.
- Proactively identify data or process gaps and suggest improvements.
6. Continuous Learning and Platform Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest features and trends in audience platforms (Amazon DSP, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Share learnings from new platform updates or client experiments with the Audience Lead and the wider Assurance team.
