OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to drive insight-led decision-making across our marketing and commercial teams. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate data into actionable insights that improve go-to-market strategy, campaign performance, and competitive positioning. 

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and business-minded, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to connect complex data to clear, executive-ready recommendations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across systems, stakeholders, and datasets to influence strategy and outcomes. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in market intelligence, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data science 
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel 
  • Strong experience building and maintaining dashboards and analytical models 
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive analytics strategy across CRM, omnichannel, and loyalty initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that surface trends, insights, and competitive movements 
  • Support commercial and go-to-market strategy with insights on industry trends, emerging competitors, and growth opportunities 
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align analytics with business goals and inform planning and prioritization 
  • Present findings in a clear, executive-ready format, connecting data to business impact and strategic decisions 
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with performance insights, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis as needed 
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and reliable attribution 
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical frameworks to scale insights across the organization 
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate account data and attribution 

This is a PJ contract based out in Brazil.
